With the sensational flight, you have chosen the right option because this first flight is reserved for those who have a strong heart!

1 – The appointment is made from the Planpraz gondola where you can buy your ticket for the gondola.

2 – Your paragliding instructor will find you and take the lifts together to Planpraz, the intermediate site of Le Brévent.

3 – After a short walk, you arrive at the takeoff site. Your instructor takes the time to give you some essential instructions to follow to take off and then, he will equip you and tie you up after having prepared the equipment. Our team of Kaïlash Paragliding instructors is at your disposal to answer all your questions and to organize your flight in the best conditions. They will know how to make you comfortable before launching you into the air.

4 – Comfortably seated in front of your monitor, you will feel the exhilaration of takeoff before floating gently in the air.

5 – The paragliding takeoff takes place after a few steps on a gentle slope, facing Mont-Blanc and 1000 meters above the Chamonix valley.

Because after having taken a few moments to familiarize yourself with the first aerial sensations and also to enjoy the magnificent panorama offered by the Chamonix valley, it’s time to speed up the pace by making you discover sensations that no ride has succeeded until now!!

Different tricks will be proposed to you during the descent and once landed you will feel for a long time the excitement that this freestyle flight can provide.

We advise against it for children for whom the discovery flight with some mini acrobatics can largely be suitable.

The duration of this paragliding flight is about 20 minutes, but for life in your memory. And if you take the photo and video option, you will have the opportunity to watch this unique moment as many times as you want!

Equipment side, just come with a good pair of shoes, a windbreaker and a pair of sunglasses.

This first flight will become your first cross-country flight as a passenger and will thus allow you to discover all the possibilities of paragliding! The cross… this is what we call the flight that makes us cover a distance thanks to the updrafts encountered.

This prestigious flight therefore requires good aerology, which is why we offer it at a certain time of the day and at a certain time of year when thermal conditions are ideal enough to gain altitude and fly over the peaks of the valley. The route will be determined the same day because it can vary from one day to the other or from one flight to another.

After taking off on a gentle slope above Chamonix, you will have an hour to fly over the entire Mont-Blanc massif, its glaciers and its numerous peaks, thanks to paragliding. You will not see the time pass and it is also the favorite paragliding baptism of the instructors!
